Install the app

There is no app store download. The app installs from your web browser — same app, same login. It takes about 30 seconds.

phone_iphone iPhone / iPad

Must be done in Safari.

1. Open Safari and go to app.towyardiq.com, then sign in.
2. Tap the Share button ios_share at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
4. Tap Add (top right).
5. Open the new TowYardIQ icon on your home screen and tap Allow for notifications.

phone_android Android

Use Chrome.

1. Open Chrome and go to app.towyardiq.com, then sign in.
2. Tap the 3 dots more_vert in the top right.
3. Tap “Add to Home screen” (or “Install app”), then confirm.
4. Open the new TowYardIQ icon and tap Allow for notifications.

Why notifications matter

Drivers get an alert on their phone the moment a job is assigned or offered to them — like a text message, but free. If a driver is not getting alerts, make sure the app was added to the home screen and notifications are allowed in the phone's settings.
